Address Responsibilities

At Sultry Scents by SD, we are responsible for the mistakes we make. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors made by our customers when entering their delivery addresses.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to an input error on the part of the customer, unfortunately we will not be able to intervene. We therefore encourage you to carefully check your delivery information before finalizing your order.

In the event of a delivery problem such as non-receipt of a package, we will work in collaboration with Canada Post to resolve the situation. If the package is declared as undelivered by Canada Post, we will send it again. However, if Canada Post confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer, we will unfortunately not be able to intervene.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, such as a defective atomizer or any other technical problem, we undertake to replace your product or give you a full refund.

Order Errors

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We apologize for any confusion and are committed to rectifying the situation promptly

Resolution Options

We offer you two options to correct the error:

1. We will send you the correct product immediately, and we will arrange the return of the incorrect product at our expense.

2. We will refund your order amount in full, including delivery costs, as soon as we receive the returned incorrect product.
