Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, holidays, or product launches.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the weight of the order, and the chosen shipping method.
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:

International: 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, carrier disruptions, weather, etc.).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. SultryScents is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at sdsultryscents@gmail.com with your order details; we will work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage; We will assist you with a replacement or a refund, as applicable.
