When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. SultryScents reserves the right to accept or refuse your order at its discretion. Your order is accepted only when SultryScents confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please carefully review your order before submitting it, as SultryScents may not be able to accommodate a cancellation request after acceptance. In the event that an order is refused, modified, or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All timeframes indicated are estimates and are not guaranteed. We assume no liability for delays attributable to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Upon transfer of the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SultryScents’ names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SultryScents or its affiliates/licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify’s names, logos, and trademarks are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

You may be granted access to third-party tools as part of the Services; we neither monitor nor have any control over these tools.

SultryScents is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale/purchase made in our Store is concluded directly with SultryScents. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and SultryScents, including any harm, damage, or loss resulting from the products and services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liability arising from your purchases and transactions with SultryScents.
